The eAdvanz electric ambulance has been on a demonstration tour in Europe since the RettMobil trade fair in Germany. Profile’s flagship from this spring has attracted a lot of interest in emergency care professionals and new eAdvanz ambulances are already entering production. The main stops on the summer tour were the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Estonia. At the end of August, eAdvanz was exhibited at the Ambulanseforum in Oslo, from where it will visit Finland and will be on display at the Veho off-road days in mid-September. This summer’s demonstration tour will end at Flisa, Emergency Care Professionals’ Fair, in northern Sweden on 20-22 September anfd from there eAdvanz will become a active member of our customers’ ambulance fleets!
The first eAdvanz ambulance has now been sold to Samariten Ambulans AB in Sweden. The ecological ambulance is ideal for urban and suburban areas, where its small and agile size is an advantage and the electric vehicle’s features can be fully exploited. eAdvanz has a range of around 300 km, depending on driving style and conditions, and can be fast-charged up to 100 km (17kWh) in around 15 minutes. The interior of the eAdvan is also build with “green” principles”, as environmentally friendly, renewable and recyclable materials are being used in the bodywork instead of traditional fibreglass.
