Designed to be as cost-effective as it is  dependable, the Profile Optimus offers the perfect combination of affordability, durability, and customizable flexibility. Built to meet the tough demands of emergency care professionals, the Profile Optimus is manufactured on a tough Ford Transit chassis.

And don’t let its stylish looks fool you because the hardworking Optimus was primarily built to perform and last. Outfitted with our newest design advancements and technologies, the ergonomic Optimus guarantees a safe, spacious, and comfortable workspace that will help make even your toughest professional challenges easier.

The Optimus is available as a patient-transport ambulance (EN 1789 / type A1 or A2) and as an emergency ambulance (type B). It also comes in four-wheel drive, and you can select the engine and transmission type that suits your needs best. Our product range also includes command and paramedic units built on the Ford Transit chassis.

A blast from from the past

Iikori/Profile has also innovated, designed and manufactured new kind of solutions and equipment for rescue vehicles. For example an electro-hydraulic stretcher platform with height adjustments and suspension. This system was very popular on the 90's.

This week we have a blast from the past!

In the photo, the founder of Iikori Ky (later Profile Vehicles Oy), CEO Kosti Repo, standing on front right with his colleagues. On the back you can see the first ambulance ever built by this company. It was delivered to Kangasniemi ambulance service in September 1982.

Patient transportation version (A) was introduced at Rettmobil. We further develop Progrez to cover also other EMS needs.
